Melissa Morelli

Melissa Morelli has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Melissa started working as a Call Center Representative at the Indiana Department of Education from August to December 2007, assisting teachers with licensing and maintaining filing systems. From December 2007 to February 2009, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at the same organization, providing support to school officials, parents, and internal teams, managing databases and budgets, and arranging travel and schedules for conferences. Following this, they joined Do317 Media as an Event Promoter from March 2014 to July 2015, informing the public about local events in the Indianapolis area. Later, from August 2009 to February 2019, they worked as a Purchasing/Accounts Payable Specialist at the Indiana Department of Education, preparing requisitions, purchase orders, and tracking contracts and grant encumbrances. Most recently, they joined Kuali, Inc. in September 2019 as an Accounting Clerk.

Melissa Morelli began their education journey in 2004 when they enrolled at Ivy Tech Community College. Melissa studied Paralegal Studies and completed their Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in 2007. After a break, Melissa returned to education in 2014 and attended Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. There, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies, which they successfully completed in 2017.
