Alex Thilen

Alex Thilen is the Head of Business Development at Kubecost. Prior to joining Kubecost, Alex spent four years at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in a variety of roles. Most recently, Alex served as the Senior Global Category Leader for Containers and Kubernetes from July 2020 to June 2021. In this role, Alex was responsible for developing and executing the strategy for AWS's container business. Prior to that, Alex was the Business Development Manager for SaaS Initiatives from September 2017 to June 2020, where they led the development of new SaaS products and services. And before that, Alex was a Business Development Associate from July 2016 to August 2017, where they worked on a variety of business development initiatives.

Alex Thilen has a certification from Amazon Web Services in AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
