Erin Lemmond has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in HR and people operations. Currently, they work as the People Operations Lead at Kubecost since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bumble as an HR Business Partner from May 2022 to November 2022, and as a Senior People & Culture Generalist from October 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining Bumble, Erin worked at Blueprint Medicines where they held multiple positions, including Manager of HR People Operations from June 2021 to December 2021, HR Operations Specialist from July 2020 to June 2021, HR Operations Coordinator from February 2020 to July 2020, and HR Recruiting Coordinator from July 2019 to January 2020.
