Stacy Tumarkin is the current Head of Operations at Kubecost. Stacy has also previously served as the Head of People Operations at Bonusly from November 2019 to June 2020. During their time at Bonusly, they were key in preparing the company for SOC2 certification, including developing and rolling out a company-wide performance management program and employee handbook/Code of Conduct. Stacy also oversaw recruiting and hiring 12 people to grow headcount by 25%. In addition, they directed diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts which led the company to achieve gender parity among employees for the first time. Furthermore, they managed the employee experience through COVID-19 crisis, implementing initiatives and transitioning the company to remote work seamlessly to improve overall engagement scores (from 4.6/5 to 4.9/5). Other responsibilities of Stacy's have included collaborating with the executive team to realize the company’s vision and mission, developing strategic People Ops plans and policies (recruiting, performance management, training, compensation etc.), spearheading initiatives for equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion, analyzing the effectiveness of People Ops operations, processes and policies, assisting and advising clients and customer success team, acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and other executives, and providing feedback and insight to the Product team.
Stacy Tumarkin has a MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics, Accounting, and Finance from UC Santa Barbara.
