Rachel Herrera is a seasoned professional in customer success and analytics with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Kubit since May 2023, Rachel focuses on establishing a customer success function to enhance self-service analytics through a cloud-native platform.
