Nellie C. began their career as a Research Intern at Air France in 2010. Nellie then worked as a Metallurgist/Research Engineer at Rolls-Royce from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they held the role of Assistant Professor/Lecturer at Western University and also became the Manager of Quality/Metallurgical Lab at Stackpole International. Nellie joined Kubota Corporation in 2017 as a Development Manager and later became the Technical Sales Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Global Sales & Customer Service at Kubota Corporation.

Additionally, they obtained a certification in Mastering Negotiation and Influence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2023.
