Osama Hayatle has a diverse work experience in various companies. Osama started their career in 2000 as a Technical Support and IT Trainer at Sara Data Systems, where they worked until 2003. In 2003, they joined Compubase as a Computer Instructor and stayed with the company until 2017. In 2008, they joined the Institute of Applied Technology as a Computer Teacher and worked there until 2015. In 2017, they joined KUBRA as a Desktop Support Analyst, and later transitioned to the role of Client Support Analyst.

Osama Hayatle completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Information Technology from Aleppo University between 1994 and 1999. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Concordia University, which they obtained between 2011 and 2013.
