Peng Chen

Peng Chen has extensive work experience in project management and software testing. Peng is currently the Head of Project Management Office at KuCoin Exchange, where they lead a team of project managers, manages R&D projects, and oversees enterprise digital transformation. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at ThoughtWorks, delivering projects for clients globally and creating release plans. Peng also served as a Test Manager at China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, leading a QA team and translating testing data for senior leadership. Peng began their career as a Software Test Engineer at Huawei Technologies, specializing in storage productions and later working as a pre-sales in Egypt.

Peng Chen completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Xiamen University between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, Peng Chen obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2019.
