Fashakin Segun MBA, FCA, DipIFRS(ACCA) is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in financial control and reporting. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Kuda since August 2022, Fashakin oversees the financial reporting unit and supports the CFO. Previous roles include Acting Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller at FSDH Asset Management, Financial Controller at FSDH Merchant Bank, and General Ledger Manager at Central Securities Clearing System Plc. With a solid educational foundation, including an MBA from the University of Ibadan and multiple IFRS qualifications, Fashakin has developed expertise in financial operations, regulatory compliance, and advisory services, while also contributing to academic discussions in corporate and financial reporting as a former lecturer.
