Norah Ikoh has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Norah started their career at Ringier Nigeria as a Senior Online Marketing Manager, where they focused on planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and optimizing user experience. Norah then joined GTBank as a Content Strategy & Marketing specialist, where they developed content strategies and worked with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness. Currently, Norah is the Head of CX Operations at Kuda, where they are responsible for accelerating growth and improving customer service through a people-first approach and streamlined operations strategy.

Norah Ikoh is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Nexford University, starting in 2022. Prior to this, Norah obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Lagos. Additionally, they hold a Diploma in Mass Communication from the same institution.

In terms of certifications, Norah has completed various courses and obtained certifications from different institutions. Norah obtained a certification in Customer Experience (CX) Strategy: How to Design an Organizational Approach from LinkedIn in July 2023. In February 2023, they completed a course on Becoming an Effective Cross-functional Team Member from Skillsoft Armenia. Norah also obtained a certification in Employee Experience from LinkedIn in December 2022. In April 2022, they completed a course on Developing Leadership Presence from LinkedIn. Prior to that, they obtained certifications in Product Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in May 2021, Customer Service Leadership from LinkedIn in April 2020, Twitter Flight School from Twitter in April 2018, and Adwords Search Certification from Google in September 2017.
