A Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Jane has over 15 years’ experience in change management and enablement with technology hardware and software companies. She is passionate about delivering value and understanding through proven principles that engage, inform and prepare people for the implementation of new technology. As Kudos’ Director of Product & Programs, she leads the portfolios of Program Design, Data Insights, and Engagement and Culture. At Kudos, her team crafts communications and programs that enhance the experience for all employees, while building a productive and innovative culture. For clients, Jane and her team create and deliver initiatives that allow them to integrate recognition into their overall cultures to improve employee engagement and satisfaction while driving business results.
