Cathy Zanetti has been working in the engineering field since 2005. Cathy began their career as a Research Assistant and Institute for Leadership in Technology and Management at Bucknell University. In 2006, they worked as a College Student Tech Spec at Lockheed Martin. The following year, they began working as a Research Assistant/Graduate Student at the Georgia Institute of Technology, conducting research in antenna design. In 2009, they were a Member of the Technical Staff at The Aerospace Corporation. In 2012, they worked as an Embedded Systems Security Engineer at ManTech, where they gained experience in embedded programming, embedded design, C programming, Python, antenna design, hardware design, hardware reverse engineering, Javascript, and software defined radio. Cathy also wrote a Bluetooth driver from the Bluetooth specification. In 2015, they became a Principal Software Engineer and Sr Embedded Engineer at Parsons Corporation. Finally, in 2022, they became a Principal Firmware Engineer at Kudu Dynamics LLC.
Cathy Zanetti completed their Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University in 2007.
