Andre Obereigner

Andre Obereigner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and analytics, currently serving as Vice President of Workforce Management & Analytics at Credit Suisse since October 2017. Responsibilities include overseeing operational workforce management, financial controlling, and implementing organizational restructures. Prior to Credit Suisse, Andre held multiple leadership roles at Groupon, where significant accomplishments included developing global reporting frameworks and enhancing analytics literacy across the HR community. Andre's background also includes key positions at IBM and a history of academic excellence, holding a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and other degrees from prestigious institutions such as The Johns Hopkins University and the Berlin School of Economics and Law. Andre is an active member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
