Kathy Divers

Kathy Divers is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, holding significant leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Kathy serves as the National Talent Acquisition Leader for U.S. Contract Logistics and Fulfillment & Delivery at Kuehne+Nagel. Previously, at GXO Logistics, Inc., Kathy progressed through various positions, including Talent Acquisition Leader and Corporate Recruiter. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of CCLC at Wake Forest Baptist Health, and holding multiple roles in recruitment and training at Learning Care Group. Kathy also contributed as the Director of Human Resources, Education, and Fund Development at the Humane Society of Charlotte. Kathy's educational background includes studies in Special Education and Administration of Special Education at Winston-Salem State University.
