Laura Ocanto

Laura Ocanto is currently a Product Manager at Kueski. Prior to their current position, Laura served as an Ecommerce Product Manager at SrPago from October 2019 to May 2021. In this role, Laura was responsible for creating ecommerce product strategies, defining new ecommerce products, conducting ecommerce product projects, and analyzing customer opportunities. Laura also promoted the development and improvement of ecommerce solutions and provided value to customers on their business model and product. From February 2018 to October 2019, Laura served as an Ecommerce Solution Architect at SrPago. In this role, Laura managed and advised clients on the appropriate solutions for their ecommerce business scheme, documented the integration and production output process with captures of logs of the services invoked to the Sr.Pago API, ensured that integrations met security criteria and the proper structure of requests to the Sr.Pago API, provided first-level support for integrations with SDK and REST method, guaranteed the sending of metadata for risk analysis to the fraud module, managed and proposed projects hand in hand with the development team that improve the current conditions of the products and ecommerce services. Laura also delivered indicators to the Operations management that reflected the number of businesses that went into production month after month, generated reports that indicated what percentage was the most demanded product / service, delivered indicators of the amounts transacted since the beginning of the year until closing, guaranteed that high-risk clients sent the right information in the backend of the transaction, identified and documented the activities inherent in the integration process, elaborated content for the development of Sr.ecommerce web page, created content for the development of videos that identify ecommerce solutions , elaborated content for ecommerce training, elaborated content for understanding of ecommerce solutions to customers and sales area, and sent querys for indicator consultation.

Laura Ocanto is an engineer in computer science from Universidad Valle del Momboy. Laura has certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in Scrum Fundamentals, and from Product School in ProductCon VIP Attendee.
