Gary Liu

Gary Liu has extensive work experience in the field of customer support and management. Gary started their career at ABB in 1994 as a System Design Engineer and Application Specialist. Gary worked at ABB until 1998. In the same year, they joined Kulicke & Soffa where they held various roles, including WW Customer Support Manager, Country Sales Manager, Technical Solution Manager, Director of Global Customer Support, and currently as a Senior Director of Global Customer Support, starting in January 2021.

Gary Liu completed their EMBA in Business Management at National Sun Yat-Sen University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued their Master's and Bachelor's degrees in EE at the same university from 1988 to 1994.
