Soong Kait Thong

Soong Kait Thong has extensive experience in the field of quality management and process improvement. Starting in 1997 as a Process Engineer at Seagate Technology, they gained valuable experience before moving on to roles such as Business Improvement Manager at Johnson Electric and Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Flextronics. Thong also held positions at Texchem Group as Assistant General Manager and OCBC Bank as Vice President. They eventually became Senior Manager for Operational Excellence at Fairchild Semiconductor before taking on the role of Director of Corporate Quality & Business Excellence at Kulicke & Soffa. Thong's expertise lies in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and they have been responsible for training and coaching in various organizations throughout their career.

Soong Kait Thong obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Material Engineering from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) from 1993 to 1997.
