Wayne Ng

Wayne Ng is a seasoned professional in product marketing and technical solutions with extensive experience in the semiconductor and electronics industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Marketing at Kulicke & Soffa since March 2019, Wayne is responsible for global marketing strategy and product pricing for wedge bonders. Previously, Wayne held positions including Regional Technical Manager at Nihon Superior Co. Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed business development and product marketing strategy for semiconductor applications in South East Asia, and Technical Solutions Manager for the wedge bonder and welder business unit. Wayne has also served as Product Development Engineering Manager and Senior Engineer in various organizations, leveraging technical expertise in reliability and analytics. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a certificate in Marketing Strategy from NUS Business School Executive Education.
