Michelle Monty has held a variety of roles in the finance and customer service industries since 2011. In 2011, they worked as an Advisor Client Relations for Robeco, a leading investment bank in the Netherlands. In 2014, they were a Junior Administrator Finance for John T. Essberger. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Business Analyst in Finance Strategy and Finance and Performance Management at Deloitte Nederland. During this time, they also participated in Deloitte's International Mobility Program and worked in Canada for four months. In 2017, they became a Customer Success Manager at MailerLite, an online email service provider. In 2019, they began their current role as the Head of Customer Success & Consulting for Kumu, a fully remote company with employees working from seven different countries. In this role, they are responsible for Customer Success, Consulting & Marketing for three different products.
Michelle Monty has an education history that includes the following: a BSc International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (2010-2013) and Chulalongkorn University (2012); an MSc International Management/CEMS from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (2013-2015) and Copenhagen Business School (2013); and a French language course at \u00c9cole de France Langue: Nice, France (2009). Additionally, they have a Certified Yoga Teacher (R-CYT 200) certification from Yoga Alliance, obtained in July 2019.
