Kunal is currently a Managing Partner & Principal Recruiter at Nimbus Search Partners, where they serve as a trusted advisor to clients in various industries including life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, professional services, information technology, and finance. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment at George Washington University, where they oversaw strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives. Kunal also worked at Human Genome Sciences, where they served as an Associate Director of Strategic Staffing, and at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Executive Recruiting Consultant. Kunal started their career at Heidrick & Struggles, where they were a Senior Associate in the Communications & Media practice. Throughout their career, Kunal has successfully executed searches for high-profile clients such as PepsiCo, Booz Allen Hamilton, Boeing, AstraZeneca, and more.
