Katharina Posch

Katharina Posch has a diverse work experience. Katharina started their career as an intern at OMV in 2010, where they worked in business development and strategic controlling. In 2012 and 2013, they worked as a junior consultant at Accenture. Following this, they joined Accenture again in 2015 as a functional strategy consultant until 2018. From 2018 to the present, they have been working at kununu. Katharina started as a strategy manager and then progressed to the role of head of community support. Currently, they hold the position of director of content quality & support at kununu.

Katharina Posch attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Internationale Betriebswirtschaft. Katharina then continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Strategy, Innovation, and Management Control from 2012 to 2015. In addition, they attended Queen's University from 2013 to 2014 and obtained a Master's degree in International Business.
