Ivan Slugovin

Ivan Slugovin possesses extensive experience in customer relationship management and digital strategy, currently serving as CRM Director at KupiVip.ru since December 2015. Prior roles include Digital & CRM Director at MODIS, Head of CRM and Loyalty at M.Video, and GPON Key Project Manager at Moscow City Telephone Network (MGTS). Ivan also held the position of Head of CRM Projects at MTS Group and VAS Project Manager at Inform-Mobil. Educationally, Ivan Slugovin earned a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Innovative Management from the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) from 2003 to 2012.
