Julie McIntosh

Julie McIntosh has over 20 years of work experience in the field of HR. Julie started their career as an HR officer at Fruit of the Loom in 1991 and held this position until 2001. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as an HR Director at Raytheon Systems Ltd, where they were responsible for providing HR services to the UK business and was a member of the UK leadership team and UK Board attendee. Julie then served as the Director of People & Culture at RESPONSE (Building Rewarding Relationships) from 2009 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Culture Officer at Kura (CS) Ltd, starting in 2015.

Julie McIntosh attended The University of Manchester from 1995 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Human Resources. Julie successfully completed the program and earned a CIPD qualification.
