Anthony Yu, SPHR has a diverse work experience in the human resources and legal fields. Anthony currently holds the position of Sr. Director, Human Resources / Legal Counsel at Kura Sushi USA since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Director at Newegg from August 2022 to May 2023. From August 2015 to July 2022, Anthony held the position of Director of Human Resources and In-House Counsel at 85C Bakery Cafe.

Anthony Yu, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from UC Irvine in 2009. Anthony then pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, completing it in 2013. In 2022, they received the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
