Bettina Brayshaw has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Bettina currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Kuraray America, Inc., where they oversee various aspects of HR in a global specialty chemical, fiber, resin, and film production company. Prior to this, Brayshaw served as the Chief People Officer at Diamond C Trailers, where they were responsible for culture, talent, and HR infrastructure. During their tenure, they successfully grew the company's workforce from 550 to over 850 employees.

Before Diamond C Trailers, Brayshaw worked at Waste Management as the Senior Director of People for the US and Canada. In this role, they transformed HR and supported multiple regions with a significant number of employees. Bettina also led initiatives to retool service delivery and improve strategic competency and diversity of senior-level leadership.

Earlier in their career, Brayshaw held positions at Sysco, where they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources during the corporate Workday implementation, as well as the Regional Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources. Bettina also owned their own coaching business, New Elevations Coaching, where they provided support, accountability, and professional guidance to individuals navigating significant life transitions.

Brayshaw's expertise in HR also extends to their time at BP, where they served as the Director of Human Resources for BP Wind Energy, and at Coca-Cola Enterprises, where they held various roles including Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and Employee Relations Manager.

Bettina Brayshaw holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Communications from Sam Houston State University. Bettina has obtained several additional certifications throughout their career, including being a SHRM Executive Member Network member, being SHRM Certified Professional, being an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner, having completed Equine Guided Education training, being a Registered Corporate Coach, and being a Professional in Human Resources.
