Johanna Krauthauf is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate management, business transformation, and organizational development. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager and Strategy & Management Leader at Kuraray since January 2022, Krauthauf is focused on enhancing innovation capabilities to address unmet market needs. With a career at Kuraray Europe GmbH since 2011, Krauthauf has held various leadership positions including Head of Business Transformation & Marketing and Head of Organizational Development & Communications. Previous roles at BearingPoint and Deutsche Telekom AG provided a strong foundation in performance management and organizational development. Krauthauf holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Development and Supply Chain Management from the University of Cologne and has completed the TGM program at INSEAD in 2023.
