Kelli Watson

Kelli Watson has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Kelli began their career in 1993 as an On-Premise Manager at Spherion. In 1996, they moved on to MDI | Minnesota Diversified Industries, where they served as a Human Resources Manager until 1998. That same year, Kelli joined Kurt Manufacturing and held various roles, including Human Resources Manager and Vice President, Human Resources. Most recently, they served as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Kurt Manufacturing.

Kelli Watson has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Kelli also holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBS) with a focus on Human Resources from Cameron University. Additionally, they have obtained the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
