Fernando Caruso has a comprehensive work experience in the payment industry. Fernando began their career as the Head of Sales and Partnerships at Moip from July 2011 to March 2014. Fernando then joined Stelo as an E-commerce Sales Manager and Partnership, where they led the commercial department, managed key accounts, and contributed to campaign budgeting and market analysis until February 2016. After that, Fernando worked as an E-commerce Sales Manager at PayU, responsible for prospecting and acquiring e-commerce businesses. In 2016, they became a Regional Sales Manager at Getnet - Brasil, overseeing the acquisition and relationship of companies in the Middle segment. Later, Fernando joined Rede as an E-commerce Sales Manager and Partnership, leading the commercial area and managing a team while focusing on middle, corporate, and CIB clients. Fernando then joined Klap as the Head of Digital Payments/E-commerce, responsible for launching the E-commerce acquiring solution and fostering strong relationships in the payment ecosystem in Chile. Currently, Fernando holds the position of VP Sales Latam PSPs & Acquiring at Kushki.

Fernando Caruso holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Universidade Paulista, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. Fernando also earned Certificates in Marketing Management from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
