Mikko Kuusilehto

Mikko Kuusilehto has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in different companies. Mikko began their career at Teknoware Oy as an Export Manager, where they achieved significant market penetration in the Americas, APAC, UK, and Poland. Mikko then joined Kemecweld as a Sales Director and successfully secured the company's largest orders and established new customer relationships. Kuusilehto later joined Peikko Group Corporation, where they held several positions including CEO of Peikko Finland and Area Director Baltics, CEO of Peikko Finland and Group Operations Director, and Vice President of Operations. In these roles, they oversaw various functions such as manufacturing efficiency, sales process restructuring, employee satisfaction improvement, and team building. Mikko also served as the OL3-Project Manager for the nuclear power plant project, where they were responsible for contract negotiations, project management, and supply expansion. After Peikko Group Corporation, Kuusilehto became the CEO and COO of Kuusakoski Recycling, and later served as Chairman of the Board at Revanssi Oy and Feon Oy. Mikko'swork experience showcases their expertise in leadership, operations management, sales, and project management.

Mikko Kuusilehto completed a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering & Industrial Economics from Åbo Akademi University from 1993 to 2000. In 2012 to 2014, they also pursued the OWP program at IMD.
