Alexander Martin

Alex Martin is currently the Vice President and Southeast Regional Manager at KW Property Management and Consulting. Prior to this, Alex held the position of Director of Residential Services at St Regis Bal Harbour Resort at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from 2011 to May 2016. Before that, Alex was involved with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company L.L.C. for over a decade in various roles within the hotel and residences division. Alex has extensive experience within the hospitality industry, particularly in luxury hotels and residences, and has been part of distinguished AAA Five-Diamond and Forbes Five-Star properties. Additionally, Alex has been part of pre-opening teams for new properties.
