Daniel Goodall

Daniel Goodall is the General Counsel at Kwalee, where they focus on intellectual property, video games law, contracts, and regulatory matters. Prior to this role, they served as Legal Director and Intellectual Property Associate at Shakespeare Martineau, recognized in the 2021 edition of The Legal 500 as a "Key Lawyer" for their diverse caseload in IP creation, protection, and enforcement. With extensive experience since 2011, Daniel has a strong background in both contentious and non-contentious IP matters and has served on secondment to gain insights from clients' businesses. They hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from Oxford University, enhancing their ability to assist clients, including leading UK universities, in navigating complex IP issues.
