Stephanie Richards

Stephanie Richards is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the HR Manager at Kwalee since August 2023, Stephanie previously held positions including Interim People & Learning Manager at Skewb Ltd and Interim Senior HR Business Partner at both Intouch Games Ltd and FSB Technology. Additional experience includes Interim HR Business Partner at Claire's and Lead HR Business Partner at Intouch Games Ltd. Stephanie's career began with key roles at the Criminal Cases Review Commission and the Solicitors Regulation Authority, where foundational skills were developed through a talent management program. Academically, Stephanie holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Birmingham and multiple CIPD qualifications, including a Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management.
