Alia Somji

Alia Somji currently serves as the Associate Dean at KPU Melville School of Business, overseeing the operational and strategic needs of various academic departments. Alia is also a Legal Instructor with the BC Financial Services Authority and operates Alia Somji Law Corporation, specializing in out-of-court family law and wills and estates, while creating educational platforms for clients. Previously, Alia held various legal positions, including Department Chair and Course Instructor at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, and practiced law at firms such as Prime Law, Quay Law Centre, and Goodwin & Mark, focusing on family law and litigation. Alia's educational background includes a Doctor of Law from The University of British Columbia as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management.
