Gloria Odipo

Gloria Odipo started their work experience in September 2018 as a Software Developer at Andela. In this role, they were part of a team that developed a performance evaluation tool, enhancing the organization's talent recruitment process through automation and improved data analysis.

Later, they transitioned to the role of a Technical Project Coordinator at Andela in April 2019. Gloria'sresponsibilities included stakeholder management, backlog grooming, and product road-mapping, collaborating with the Product Manager and Coordinator.
