Nicola Njagi

Nicola Njagi is a Mexpeer trainee at Kwara. Nicola previously worked as a Business Development Officer at KOPACENT AFRICA from February 2021 to March 2022. In this role, they were responsible for enhancing business operation processes, identifying new business opportunities for the organization, conducting research on market trends and needs, providing and analyzing financial information for use in the preparation of credit reports, reviewing credit requests, conducting KYC, calling and/or meeting customers where required to obtain information, researching and resolving customers’ credit related queries, enhancing customer satisfaction, expanding the client base, and marketing the organization products.
