Onyedikachukwu Adudu

Onyedikachukwu Adudu has a long and varied work experience in business development and health and safety. In 2021, they began working for Kwik as a Business Development (New Cities) professional, responsible for developing Kwik new cities, negotiating agreements and developing partnerships, and conducting market surveys. From 2019 to 2021, they worked for Hacelat Professionals as a Business Development Executive, responsible for expanding the operations of Hacelat Professionals from just Akwa Ibom state to other states of the federation, formulating marketing strategies to reach out to target corporate clients and individuals, and recruiting and training marketing officers and state coordinators for the various Hacelat Professional centers in other states of the federation. In 2018, they worked for GIG Logistics as a Business Development Specialist, creating a market entry strategy into the Ghana market and preparing a comprehensive document on requirements for expansion of operations to Ghana. From 2016 to 2018, they worked for Hacelat Professionals again as a Business Development Executive, developing and implementing a management, operation and expansion template for the organization, ensuring the company operations were established in Delta, Cross River and Ondo States, and formulating marketing strategies to reach out to target group of clients. From 2013 to 2016, they worked for Novelle Innovation Center as a State Coordinator and Facilitator, responsible for coordinating the affairs of the company, getting retainerships with corporate organizations for employee Health and Safety training, and formulating and implementing publicity and marketing strategies for individual HSE training classes. In 2012, they worked for Frontier Oil Limited as an HSE Officer, responsible for ensuring that Contractors and FOL Staff hold the required HSE Talk/Discussion, that on-site workers are aware of the hazards involved in their tasks, and that quality Safety meetings are held as at when due.

Onyedikachukwu Adudu obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Geology/Earth Science and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Geology/Earth Science, General from the University of Ghana. In addition, Adudu has obtained several certifications, including a General Health, Safety & Environment Course from the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals in February 2013, a HSE Competence Development Course (Level 3) from the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals in March 2013, an Elementary First Aid from the Maritime Academy of Nigeria, Oron in March 2012, a Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities from the Maritime Academy of Nigeria, Oron in March 2012, a Personal Survival Techniques from the Maritime Academy of Nigeria, Oron in March 2012, and a Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting from the Maritime Academy of Nigeria, Oron.
