Missy Poje Guzan has extensive work experience in marketing and advertising. Missy started their career as a Marketing Manager at the National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC) in 1993, where they managed marketing, sales, and public relations functions. Missy then moved on to become the Assistant Director of Marketing Services at CHR Solutions in 1997, leading the marketing services division and managing a team of eight professionals. In 2000, they established their own company, Poje Marketing & Advertising, Inc., where they served as the President and provided strategic marketing and advertising plans for various clients. In 2012, they joined Fidelity Communications as the Director of Marketing, where they directed marketing, sales, and public relations efforts and exceeded company goals. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Marketing at KWIKOM Communications, starting in 2023.

Missy Poje Guzan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from The University of Kansas from 1990 to 1994.
