Executive Chef at Kyma Restaurants

Chris Christou is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently leading the kitchen at Kyma Restaurant since December 2017. Previously, Chris held the position of Executive Chef at Nerai from August 2013 to October 2017, specializing in modern Greek cuisine. Prior to these roles, Chris worked as Chef de Cuisine at BUDDAKAN and held various chef positions, including Chef de Partie at Ai Fiori, Corton, and Sho, among others. The culinary journey began after completing studies at Prue Leith Chef's Academy and an engineering degree from Tshwane University of Technology.
