Rachel Matz Mba

Rachel Matz MBA, SAFe SPC 6 is an accomplished professional in the field of business agility and digital transformation, currently serving as Service Owner for Business Agility at Kyndryl since January 2024. With extensive experience as the Owner of Project Power Consulting LLC since April 2011, Rachel specializes in large-scale digital transformations for Fortune 500 companies. Previous roles include Agile Transformation Leader at Bottle Rocket, Enterprise Agile / SAFe Coach at GameStop, and Senior Agile Coach at Universal Mind. Rachel has also contributed to healthcare software projects at Swisslog Healthcare, led initiatives to increase girls' participation in computing at NCWIT, and managed operations at the ATLAS Institute. Rachel holds an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Denver and a BA in Communications from the University of Delaware.
