Prior to this role, Nikki held various positions at Family Action from July 2012 to December 2020, including Deputy Director - Services & Innovation and Programme Manager National School Breakfast Programme. During their time at Family Action, Nikki successfully implemented and managed the Department for Education funded National School Breakfast Programme in over 2000 schools in England.
