Jeff Wilson

Jeff Wilson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jeff recently worked as a Senior Director at KYOCERA Document Solutions America, Inc. where they focused on business transformation and marketing innovation. Prior to that, they held various positions at Ricoh USA, Inc. including Director of Portfolio Marketing, Senior Manager PMO Governance & Development, Chief of Staff, and Senior Operational Excellence Consultant. Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated a strong ability to drive process improvements, utilize data-driven insights, and generate significant bottom-line savings for their employers. Jeff has also excelled in customer success management, leading successful account engagements and driving growth in machine placements.

Jeff Wilson attended the MIT Sloan School of Management, where they studied System Dynamics. Jeff obtained a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from Six Sigma Associates in 2009, and prior to that, they earned a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo Company) in 2003. In 2018, Jeff obtained a Level III certification from Pragmatic Marketing. Jeff also holds additional certifications such as CDIA+ from CompTIA, CNE from Novell, MCSE from Microsoft, and Network+ from CompTIA, although the specific dates for obtaining these certifications are unknown.
