Jen Chalmers Fcipd

Jen Chalmers FCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Jen currently works at Kyowa Kirin International plc. as the Head of HR Shared Services & HR Business Partnering, where they have been since December 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior HR Director Rare Disease BU and Head of Business Partnering at the same company from July 2021 to December 2022. Jen also served as the HR Director for the UK, Ireland, Nordics & Baltics at Kyowa Kirin International plc. from April 2020 to July 2021.

Outside of Kyowa Kirin International plc., Jen has worked at e2grow as a partner starting in October 2022. Jen served as an Employment Tribunal CBI Panel Member at the Scottish Employment Tribunal Services starting in 2005.

Jen also has experience at Hunter Adams as a Human Resources Consultant from September 2019 to April 2020, and at Marks and Spencer where they held various roles. Jen Chalmers FCIPD has a diverse education history. In 2023, they completed the Oxford Women's Leadership Development Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching in 2021. Jen also holds a Fellow designation from CIPD Qualifications, achieved in 2014. In terms of project management, they became PRINCE2 Accredited in Foundation & Practitioner in 2007. Furthermore, Jen earned a 2:1 BA Hons Business degree with a focus on Business & HR from the University of Suffolk (Suffolk College). Jen has additional certifications as a Certified Strength Coach from Gallup and as an e2grow certified coach from e2grow.
