Marta Szymańska

Marta Szymańska has worked in various roles and organizations throughout their career.

From January 2022, they have been working as a Talent Engagement Associate at KYP.ai, where they support the start-up in talent engagement. Marta'sresponsibilities include recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as co-building the company's culture.

Prior to that, from January 2020 to December 2021, Marta worked at E Net Production. In their role as an Onboarding / HR & EB Specialist, they focused on improving employee experience and HR standards. Marta'sresponsibilities included coordinating the pre-onboarding and onboarding process, gathering feedback from newcomers, handling the company's presentation during induction day, and preparing contracts for newcomers. Marta also served as an IT Recruitment Specialist, leading the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical positions and supporting recruitment for business positions.

From July 2017 to February 2020, Marta worked at Accenture Poland as an IT Researcher / Recruiter. Marta'smain responsibilities involved talent sourcing and coordinating recruitment processes for technical roles, including intern positions and internship programs. Marta also led recruitment processes for SAP and Salesforce positions.
