Sheila Conlon

Sheila Conlon has worked in the marketing and finance industries since 2010. Sheila began their career at Great-West Financial, where they served as a Fund Accounting Manager from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, Conlon moved to Channel Partners Capital, where they worked as a Finance & Analytics Manager. In 2016, they joined Ovative Group as a Manager, Measurement Solutions & Client Engagement, and later became a Senior Analyst, Measurement & Activation. In 2018, Conlon joined eyebobs as Director, Direct to Consumer and Senior Manager of Ecommerce. In 2020, they joined EVEREVE as Senior Director of Growth and Director of Digital Marketing. Most recently, in 2022, Conlon became the VP of Marketing at Kyros.

Sheila Conlon has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hamline University, where they studied Leadership and Change Management. Sheila also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Red River College Polytechnic, with a focus in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they are a Member of Mensa International, obtained in August 2019, and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt from the Project Management Institute.
