Bhavik Rathod

Bhavik Rathod has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. In 2004, they started their career as a Consultant for Atos. Two years later, they worked as an Engagement Manager for Illinois Business Consulting. In 2008, they joined Ernst & Young as a Manager for Performance Improvement and a Senior Advisor for Business Advisory Services. In 2011, they founded and became the CEO of EmployeeSocial. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Uber in various roles such as Founding Leader & General Manager, Regional General Manager for India & Sri Lanka, and Head of Uber Eats, India & South Asia. Most recently, in 2019, they co-founded and became the CEO of DIY - Where Kids Hang Out, Create, & Share, which is the largest global interest-based community with 500+ hours of activity-based learning content, over 5000+ projects to explore and express creativity across 150+ skills.

Bhavik Rathod began their educational journey in 2000 when they completed a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai. Bhavik then went on to obtain a Diploma in Financial Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in 2005-2006. Finally, they completed their MBA in Finance and General Management from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2008.
