Matthew Jack has a diverse work experience in the software development industry. Matthew worked as the CEO and Lead Architect at Kythera AI, where they guided the team in developing advanced AI middleware for games. Matthew also served as an AI Consultant and Contractor at Moon Collider, providing consultancy and contracting services for the games and serious games industries.

Matthew has experience working with major companies such as Microsoft, where they worked as a Software Development Engineer on multiple projects related to streaming video and Kinect technology. Matthew also worked at Crytek as a Senior AI Systems Programmer and Game/AI Programmer.
