Sarah Johnson

Sarah Johnson, CFBE is currently the Chief of Staff at L.A.B. Golf and runs Sarah with an H Consulting as a Human-Centered Business Consultant, specializing in strategic design, project leadership, process improvement, and change management. Prior experience includes roles such as Chief Experience Officer at Ninkasi Brewing and Director of Food and Beverage at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, where Sarah managed revenues, mentored teams, and led strategic planning and financial analysis. Sarah holds an AA in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Western Culinary Institute.
