Brandon Shelton

Brandon Shelton has extensive work experience in the healthcare and business intelligence fields. Brandon started their career at Integrity Home Health Care, Inc., where they held roles as a Market Developer and later as the Director of Marketing. In 2013, they joined UnitedHealth Group as a Business Analysis Consultant, where they were responsible for savings analysis and forecasting using programs such as R, Tableau, and SAS EG. Brandon then became the Associate Director of the BI Center of Excellence, supporting BI and Operations Analysts in leveraging data analysis best practices. In 2016, Brandon joined L.A. Care Health Plan as the Director of Data Science and Business Insights, and later transitioned to the role of Senior Director of the Advanced Analytics Lab. Their expertise includes data analysis, business intelligence, and applying advanced analytical techniques.

Brandon Shelton has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from UCF College of Business, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued their M.B.A. degree at UCF College of Business. In 2022, Brandon attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business to obtain a Certificate of Excellence in Business Analytics Leadership, Executive Education. Additionally, they have multiple certifications in various areas of data analysis and management from institutions like UC Berkeley Executive Education and Coursera.
