Joséphine François-Poncet

Joséphine François-Poncet is a consultant and project leader at L.E.K. Consulting, specializing in healthcare and MedTech since March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a peer leader at London Business School, where mentorship was provided to MBA and Master’s students, and a summer global strategist at Samsung GSG. As a senior insight manager at Cedar Communications, Joséphine advised Tesco on strategy and creative content through proprietary research and data analysis. Previous roles at Kantar involved partnerships with clients to enhance advertising campaigns, managing research studies, and conducting measurement tests.
