Leila Trimble M.Ed.

Leila Trimble M.Ed. has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Leila began their career in 2001 as an HR Generalist/Field Recruiter for Weatherford. In 2007, they joined Halliburton as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of Halliburton's global talent acquisition strategy. Leila then moved to Human Resources Business Partner, and later to Senior Recruiter - Region Recruiting Lead. In 2020, they joined Galvanize Inc. as a Technical Recruiter, Talent as a Service, where they held a dual role as an embedded technical recruiter and as a member of the Talent as a Service team. In 2021, they joined Opto Investments as Head of Talent. Leila also worked as an HR and Talent Consultant for Tipping Point Talent Solutions from 2013-2020.

Leila Trimble holds a Master of Education degree from Colorado State University, where their field of study was Human Resource Studies: Organizational Performance and Change. Leila also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Regis University. Additionally, they are currently pursuing a Full Stack Developer degree from freeCodeCamp.
